What does our step-by-step plan look like?

We can imagine that you want to get an idea of the recruitment and selection process. With us it is put together in such a way, to quickly link you to the best candidate. We go through this so-called selection procedure together, so that we can always adjust the search if necessary. You can find out exactly what this process looks like on this page.

Our recruiters work hard to find the right match. We do this through our own database and various recruitment channels. This involves interviews, which we also call intake interviews. This stems from what the specialists stand for, but above all what they are currently looking for.

By means of an online form or telephone conversation, we collect knowledge about your company and the workplace.

In this way we map out the vacancy, the job profile and the wishes.

Do the selected resources fit your company culture and do they tick off the conditions? Then we are only too happy to introduce these candidates, with the aim of getting to know you at your office or workshop.

Invite candidates

Together we select 2 or more, depending on your wishes and the availability in the market, suitable candidates and arrange an introduction between you. 

We also discuss the feedback with the candidate.
This means either rejecting it, but most likely scheduling a follow-up appointment.
