Step 1: the introduction
The first step has been taken and the first contact has been made. You spoke to us on the phone because we saw your resume online, now what? As soon as there is interest from both sides, we will invite you for a personal meeting.
In this conversation we discuss your background and interests. What are your wishes? Together we look at which position(s) and what kind of companies suit you.
Step 3: the application
Exciting...this is your moment to show what kind of stuff you're made of. You enter the conversation with a nervous feeling and walk out the door with a nice and warm feeling. Could this be your new employer?
Step 2: introduce to our customers
In the meantime, we called around and found a suitable company or perhaps several suitable organizations for you. If you are also enthusiastic, we will introduce you the same day.
Step 4: You're Hired!
Congratulations on your new job! Who would have expected that, and so soon! You will soon be signing the contract at your new job and we would be happy to stop by to bring you something delicious.
